Meet Ol' Mel
I was born in Alexandria, Louisiana, and have been living in Deville, LA for the past 15 years. I have four adult children and am a proud grandparent to four grandchildren. While my husband has a wealth of experience in animal care and farming, I am relatively new to this world. However, I have developed a deep passion for it!
In February 2020, I acquired my first Scottish Highland cow, which sparked my love for these gentle creatures. Since then, I have found immense joy in petting, brushing, and tending to all members of my farm-ily. The connection and care I share with my animals bring me great fulfillment and happiness.
